What equipment do I need?
All training materials and props are supplied for your use. The books used for our training are readily available at book stores or online.

What do I wear?
Dress comfortable, there is not any set outfit to wear for yoga. There are a few things to think about when choosing what to wear.

- Comfortable clothing that allows free range of movement is encourages. Tight clothing can restrict range of motion, circulation, and the flow of your bodies energy.

- Form fitting clothes are not required, but clothing that is too baggy may get in your way when doing certain poses (asanas). Your instructor also needs to be able to see your alignment to give proper feedback.

May I bring snacks?
By all means bring any snacks needed. Bottled water & hot tea is supplied. Lunch break will be taken at noon each day.

After completion of this program you will be accepted by the Yoga Alliance (YA) and/or International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT) as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
